Road Race Date Conflicts with our May 8 jr BBALL Tournament

Junior bball tournaments are May 6, 7, 8, and 9, 2024
NDSS is scheduling their annual Hawk Run on Wednesday, May 8. I know that not all 49 elementary schools will be attending that run. But, if your school is planning on attending make sure you include that in your accommodations column so I will not schedule you to play bball on the 8th.
Once the schedule is set it may not be easy to make any switches, but I can probably make it work if I know before I set the schedules.
