LESAA Basketball Tournaments Start Tomorrow

Happy Family Day Coaches
I have a few last minutes items to pass along......
1) All of LESAA tournaments and events have a ZERO TOLERANCE FOR ANY ABUSIVE BEHAVIOUR TOWARDS PLAYERS AND OUR OFFICIALS. I have heard of a number of situations this basketball season in which players and/or parents created an environment that was uncomfortable for others. After the first occurrence there will be a short conversation...... if another situation occurs people will be told to leave the venue!
2) Queen's University and BG Club will have many other people in the building. Please remind your players to be respectful of others at all times.
3) When your game has ended please leave the bench area as clean or cleaner than when you arrived.
4) Remind your drivers that parking is a challenge at Queen's U.
5) BG Club has an excellent snack bar - they sell only nutritional items - sandwiches, wraps, soups, juices, etc. They do not sell chips, choc bars, and pop.
6) Queen's has a few places to buy food - but it is a huge venue - so keep track of your players - I have attached a map of the queen's facility that was also sent out for volleyball.

7) Should a Snow Day be declared - and the forecast is calling for a bunch of snow Wed night into Thursday - that entire tournament will be moved to Friday, Feb 24
8) My cell number is at the end of this message - feel free to send me a message if you have any questions. If your school has any buses cancelled PLEASE text me right away so that I have that information.
9) Basketball shooting/passing/dribbling should only be happening in the gyms - not in the hallways!
